Girls 11-12 Player of the Year was captured by Carson Murphy. She joined us late in the year, but quickly moved to the top with firsts in the last three events. Carson finished with 1,200 points.

The Girls 9-10 came to the last event to decide the Tour Champion. Heading into the Tour Championship, 50 points separated Yana Wilson (1,800 points) to Jayda Sidney (1,750). Whoever wins the last event would be the Tour Champion. Yana played the front nine in 48 to Sidney’s 43. Yana found her swing at the turn, quickly cut the deficit on the back nine and shot a spectacular 38 to Sydney’s 44 to win by one. Congratulations to both these young ladies on a very competitive match.

The Boys 15-18 winner was had by Austen Ancell who on the year played some great rounds and won numerous times on the tour. Austen finished with 2,937 points. Morgan Copper was runner-up with 1,725 points. Ethan Bozner won the two day event with rounds of 77-78/155.

Kameron Kelsey, one of our most improved over the last year closed out a very successful tour with 2,925 points along with finishing first in the two day event with rounds of 75-73/148. William Moser came in 2nd in the Player of the Year race with 2,508 points.

Dylan Girouard (pictured above with the Girls 13-14 winner) won the boys 11-12 with 2,300 points. Dylan was consistent on the tour all season, and his play has improved over the year. Winning the RLJGT should be motivation for Dylan to continue to work at his game to defend his crown in 2017.

Shenlone Wu took top honors for the Boys 9-10 with 2,350 points. Wu shot a 105 at his very first event on the RLJGT. His last 4 events, Wu had an 88.5 scoring average. Great job, Shenlone!

We are so thankful for all the support given to us throughout the year from both parents and juniors. Our first year has been a fun and exciting year, and we couldn’t have made it a success without all of your support. We’ve already started planning 2017, and we’ll have some exciting new twists to the tour next year. We hope to have the 2017 schedule up by mid-January.

Have a Merry Christmas and healthy New Year!
